Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday, Straight Days 7:00AM to 3:30PM (flexibility to work 6:30AM to 3:00PM)

Job Overview: Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, assisting with various duties and communication to associates in both English and Punjabi.

  • Help desk resource for associates on questions related to payroll, benefits, policies and procedures in both English and Punjabi
  • Translate various documents such as presentation materials, orientation, technical documents, manual and emails for production and administration departments
  • Interpret a variety of formal and informal meetings between departments
  • Assist in the administration of temporary to permanent hiring, and external translation when necessary
  • Perform special projects in support of the organization's business objectives
  • Assisting other Human Resources associates with job duties as required

What You Need:

  • College Certification in Administration Studies and/or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in both written and oral English and Punjabi

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a strictly confidential and professional manner
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptable to changing situations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
