Job Title: Bilingual Office Administrator

At Avantier Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors in both English and Chinese.
  • Manage and maintain confidential records, files, and databases.
  • Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese (verbal and written).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
