Customer Service Representative


Truck It Personnel is looking for an experienced Dispatcher/Customer Service responsible for Dispatch Aggregate Tractor Trailers handling customer requests, answering questions, providing service support and so much more.


The position is based out of our Concord, ON office and works closely with our drivers and customers in the field.


Responsible for ensuring the highest customer service by dispatching tractor trailers to customer job sites, within the GTA, in a time-efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customers tractor trailer orders for job sites.
Construction experience;

  • Liaise with personnel at all yard locations to schedule all inbound trailer dropoffs and outbound Waste Trailers.
  • Dispatch Aggregate Tractor Trailers (and Brokers daily.
  • Update all paperwork.
  • Enter inventory daily.
  • Ensure run sheets for Tractor Trailer Brokers are accurate.
  • Assist with all phone calls/orders in Dispatch area.
  • Work closely with the Logistics Manager and Account Representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday - 6am to 4pm or 8am to 6pm

Pay Rate:
$23.00 through $25.00 per hour
