We are looking for a result-driven Sales Executive to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.


Duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions.

You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

To be successful as a Sales Executive, you should stay up-to-date with your sales skill set.

Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Development Representative are to use a consultative approach to provide value and close high-ticket deals, while consistently meeting the company's sales goals.

You Must have a WINNING mindset and be hungry to earn and succeed.

Requirements:

Compensation Structure:

  • This is a commission + base position with commission paid out quarterly. No cold calling all leads are inbound or existing customers who have purchased from us before

Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience selling high ticket services (preferably for marketing or software agencies) with a consultative approach
  • You should have a strong interest in building rapport through consultations.
  • Familiarity with the credit financing system and terminology (Interest rates, credit scores etc)
  • Growthminded and looking to turn challenges into opportunities
  • Fun and collaborative and enjoy working with a team
  • Peopleperson who derives energy from meeting with others
  • Passionate about helping others
  • Attentive to detail
  • Adept at managing time
  • Inside sales experience (preferably in consultative sales i.e.; private placement, luxury vehicles and business jets, private charter, precious metals, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, mortgages, debt, car sales and annuities)
  • Excel in challenging environments
  • Know how to deal with rebuttals
  • High energy

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Work remotely and have complete selfaccountability
  • Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently over the phone
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Cross sell products
  • Mitigate refund requests of programs sold
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers Comply with internal compliance procedures

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
  • 12 years of sales experience
