Position Overview:


As the Anytime Fitness Location Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our fitness center.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, member satisfaction, staff management, and achieving business goals. If you have a passion for fitness, strong leadership skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Ensure the fitness center operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining a clean and safe environment for members.

Member Engagement: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.

Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to attract new members, retain existing members, and achieve revenue targets.

Budget Management: Monitor and manage the center's financial performance, including budgeting and expense control.

Compliance: Ensure the center adheres to all Anytime Fitness policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Customer Service: Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in fitness management or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
  • Passion for health and fitness.
