Position Overview:

My Gym Children's Fitness Center is seeking a passionate fitness instructor for children. In this role, you will not only guide classes but also contribute to achieving monthly objectives related to promotions and sales.

Key Qualifications:
  • Availability to work 25+ hours weekly, including weekends and evenings
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working with children
  • Background in fitness-related fields (such as athletics, sports, dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, martial arts, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities
  • Effective time management skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient sales capabilities
  • Familiarity with marketing and social media strategies
  • Clean background check required


Compensation Details:
Starting pay is $18 per hour, with the average trained staff member earning between $18 and $22 per hour, plus tips.
