**Le rôle et son contexte**

Le/La planificateur (trice) média joue un rôle essentiel dans tous les aspects de la discipline. Les responsabilités du poste incluent la propriété des données du plan et du budget en ce qui concerne les projets assignés, la gestion des modifications du plan et la maintenance générale de l'activité et son effet sur tous les résultats connexes, y compris la communication aux équipes de mise en œuvre. Vous serez responsable de la négociation, de l'achat et du maintien des calendriers médiatiques, en vous assurant que les achats finaux respectent l'objectif et la stratégie du plan approuvé. Le/La planificateur (trice) / acheteur fournira également des recommandations sur la façon dont les activités concurrentielles peuvent être exploitées à l'avantage de nos clients.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Élabore les plans média pour les clients déterminés
- Responsable de la maintenance quotidienne des calendriers média
- Utilise efficacement les outils de l'industrie pour aider à l'élaboration de plans
- Aider à développer les métriques du plan et être responsable de l'analyse et des rapports connexes relatifs aux KPI
- Préparer, contrôler, vérifier et émettre des analyses, y compris la maintenance continue
- Assister les membres séniors de l'équipe dans toutes les phases de la gestion des comptes/clients
- Développer une compréhension plus approfondie des besoins et de la stratégie des clients
- Analyser les alternatives médiatiques pour recommander la meilleure façon d'allouer le budget publicitaire
- Faciliter l'analyse concurrentielle au besoin
- Jouer un rôle clé dans le budget et le processus de facturation des clients pour assurer l'exactitude
- Rédiger et maintenir des rapports d'état et de contact pour assurer un flux de travail efficace afin de respecter les délais
- Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie grâce à des revues spécialisées, des ateliers/séminaires de l'industrie et suivre les événements actuels.

**Ce que vous apportez**
- Une (1) à deux (2) années d'expérience en tant que plannificateur (trice) et / ou d'achat média
- Diplôme de niveau universitaire ou Cégep en Média, Marketing ou tout autre domaine similaire
- Bonne compréhension des concepts et principes de base médiatique
- Bonne connaissance d'Infosys et de BBM
- Connaissance pratique des outils syndiqués (PMB, Evaliant, DDS, Comscore, etc.)
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
- Capacité à communiquer de manière concise et claire à la fois oralement et par écrit en anglais et en français
- Sens du numérique: utilise les médias numériques et sociaux, fait preuve de passion pour les médias émergents, Google Analytics, Google Images, capacité de rechercher et de rechercher des sujets, etc.
