**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Créer du contenu pour les publications et les campagnes sur les réseaux sociaux;
- Aider à la planification et à l'exécution des bulletins d'information sortants;
- Distribuer les ressources marketing approuvées aux publications et aux partenaires;
- Organiser et entretenir la bibliothèque des ressources marketing;
- Planification des salons et événements, conception graphique des stands, coordination et soutien;
- Obtenir des devis et commander des supports marketing imprimés, distribuer des supports marketing en interne et en externe;
- Concevoir et créer des brochures de produits, des publicités, des affiches et des bulletins d'information, des bannières Web, des animations, des présentations et des vidéos d'entreprise et de produits;
- Maintenir et mettre à jour le site Web de l'entreprise et l'intranet de l'entreprise;
- Mettre en œuvre une stratégie de référencement (SEO) pour le site Web;
- Mettre à jour les brochures techniques, les manuels et les supports corporatifs
- Mener des entrevues internes et externes pour générer du contenu;
- Mener des webinaires et des événements orientés vers les clients;
- Présenter des rapports KPI;
- Mettre en œuvre des publicités sur les réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Google Ads).

**COMPÉTENCES REQUISE**:

- Baccalauréat en marketing avec une solide formation créative (graphique) ou dans un domaine connexe;
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office, de WordPress, de MailChimp, de Google Analytics, de Salesforce, d'Adobe, de Photoshop;
- Adobe Illustrator et InDesign sont considérés comme des atouts;
- Familier avec les réseaux sociaux en tant qu'éditeur;
- Connaissance approfondie des canaux et des stratégies de marketing numérique;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément;
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale;
- Autonome avec la capacité de travailler avec un minimum de supervision;
- Connaissance de l'industrie des télécommunications sont considérées comme un atout.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create content for social media posts and campaigns;
- Assist in the planning and execution of outbound newsletters;
- Distribute approved marketing resources to publications and partners;
- Organize and upkeep the marketing resources library;
- Tradeshow/events planning, booth graphic design, coordination and support;
- Obtain quotes and order printed marketing materials, distribute marketing materials internally and externally;
- Design and create product brochures, advertisements, posters and newsletters, web banners, animations, corporate and product presentations & videos;
- Maintain and update the company website and company intranet;
- Implement SEO strategy for the website;
- Update technical brochures, manuals, and corporate collateral;
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for print and web;
- Conduct internal and external interviews to generate content;
- Spearhead webinar and customer-oriented events;
- Present KPI reports;
- Implement social media ads (LinkedIn, Google Ads).

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor of Marketing with a strong creative (graphics) background or related field;
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role;
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, WordPress, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe, Photoshop;
- Adobe Illustrator and InDesign are considered assets;
- Social media savvy as a publisher;
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies;
- Experience in print and/or web publishing;
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously ;
- Knowledge of the telecommunication industry is considered an asset.
