Waste Connections is looking for a
General Labourer to join our team at our
Hamilton **District to work at our Transfer station in Hamilton, ON.

This is an entry level full time position with a reputable company.

Location:
Kenora, Dundas, or The Mountain Transfer Station Sites

Pay rate:
$17.23 per hour plus qualify for a
$175 per month safety and attendance bonus

Hours: 4, 10 hour shifts per week

Responsibilities Include:

  • Directing traffic onsite
  • Guiding the general public and offering direction
  • Keeping the area clean
  • Some sorting of materials

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of general labour work experience
  • The ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift
  • Be able to pass our background checks (Drug and Criminal check)
