Our Vancouver stores are looking to fill the key role of part or full time Client Service Professional.

The Client Service Professional is a senior member of the team who demonstrates a high level of client service, personal sales and product expertise.

The Client Services Professional is responsible for creating an atmosphere on the sales floor that fosters client realization, retention, and loyalty, as well as assisting the management team with aspects of daily administrative operations.

Sales experience or fashion-related education and weekend availability are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate excellent client service skills consisting of promptly greeting clients, building trust, carefully listening, competently communicating, properly fitting, expert product knowledge and sales ability
  • Developing, maintaining, and growing a personal repeat client base
  • Actively working to reach both individual and store sales goals
  • Monitor sales performance against store goals to ensure progress is being made and action is taken as necessary
  • Staying up to date on all product knowledge, company information, promotions, and campaigns
  • Performing store operational duties such as cleaning, stocking shelves, shipping and receiving
  • Facilitating online ecommerce sales
  • Assist peers to meet and exceed client service expectation through training and collaboration
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks like cash counts and opening and closing duties
  • Acting as an ambassador and bringing positive recognition to the gravitypope brand

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in a retail environment
  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related field an asset
years leadership or management experience an asset

  • Initiative to independently stay productive and reach goals
  • Ability to converse and build rapport with clients and coworkers
  • Capable of working independently and with others in a collaborative process
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft 365 programs
  • Experience with integrated retail and point of sales software platforms an asset
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high quality of work is completed
  • High attention to detail and surrounding environment
  • Ability to delegate effectively
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry
