Reporting to the Management team, the Office Administrator will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Provide administrative and office support.
  • Maintain CRM systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft Dynamics and CCH iFirm.
  • Assist in new employee onboarding.
  • Oversee purchasing of office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available.
  • Act as a liaison between management and server providers.
  • Prepare client invoices and other related client deliverables.
  • Maintain Accounts Receivables/Payable with direction and review from management.
  • Assist in office event planning.
  • Provide other administrative and technical support to management and other staff.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience working in a professional environment.
  • High proficiency in office technology including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Dynamics, Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience in Sage Accounting or CCH iFirm would be considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with other staff or clients and understand their needs.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain office efficiency.
  • Exceptional time management skills to be able to prioritize, especially when there is a high volume of tasks.
  • Flexibility to be able to move between tasks and duties quickly when priorities change;
  • Attention to detail.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) would be considered an asset.
