STREAM 1 : Manager, Specialized Organizational Services

The immediate objective of this Job Opportunity Advertisement is to staff one (1) indeterminate position in Ottawa, Ontario with a CBC/CBC linguistic profile.

EDUCATION

STREAM 1: Graduation from a recognized university with a degree in a field relevant to the duties of the position (e.g. in psychology, social work, counselling, business administration, etc.) STREAM 2: Graduation with a master's degree from a recognized university with an acceptable specialization in a field relevant to the duties of the position (e.g.clinical psychology, social work, counselling, etc.).

EXPERIENCE

STREAM 1 and STREAM 2: EX1 Significant* experience in planning and conducting client needs assessments.
EX2 Significant* experience building and maintaining relationships with external/internal clients.
EX3 Experience in managing a budget (Cost recovery).
EX4 Experience in providing strategic advice to senior management.*** Significant is defined as having the depth, breadth and complexity of experience associated with the performance of the duties for a period of at least 18 months. **Senior management is defined as Director or above. The following will be applied / assessed at a later date (essential for the job)
