Master's degree in a related field, such as Healthcare or Business Administration.

7+ years of progressive and varied experience in client services, within the Ontario Healthcare system and in the field of healthcare.

Tried and tested assessment, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

Are familiar with the Long-term-care facilities.
