Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on a variety of ongoing or new HR projects and initiatives
  • May include the development of company job description creation/updates, policies and procedures development, HR process automation and orientation procedure for New Hires
  • Perform administrative tasks such as employee document filing and drafting employment related letters
  • Support the Human Resources team with all administration and coordination of different functions, initiatives and adhoc projects.
  • Attend weekly Human Resources meetings when necessary and requested, providing updates on the status of projects and initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Knowledge

  • Currently enrolled or have recently graduated in a Human Resource Management postsecondary program.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy with strict adherence to policies and handling of confidential information.
  • Must have strong interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work well independently.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Be a quick learner and selfmotivated with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.

  • Have a cheerful, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with others as well as the ability to work independently and treat everyone with respect, dignity and kindness.
