  • Work in collaboration with the operations to develop business plans, budgets & establish goals of our broker partners/managers that align to overall company goals and performance targets; ensure accountability and follow through.
  • Lead Collectivfide's omni channel strategy.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to define the optimal structure to support future growth and leverage synergies.
  • Ensure optimal resource utilization and budget management at the broker and Collectivfide level.
  • Define risk mitigation initiatives to protect loss ratios and retention.
  • Serve as the 2nd point of escalation & timely resolution of carrier and brokerage issues.
  • Leadership & Board reporting of operational health metrics / kpis; attend Board meetings as required.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, partnership meetings, etc.

Requirements

  • Degree in Risk Management, Financial Services, Business Administration
  • You must have previous experience working as a COO or similar senior level operational executive role in the P&C insurance industry.
  • You can have hard conversations, influence, make tough decisions, and mange conflict.
  • Being a young, growth company you can wear many hats and are comfortable with being uncomfortable as we grow and evolve.
  • You can easily flex between tactical and strategic.
  • Strong business and insurance acumen.
  • Proven track record leading teams, driving performance, follow-through and accountability.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Some travel required to visit broker partners or attend industry events, conferences, etc.
