Applications are invited for the position of Manager, Development and Donor Relations in the Development and Donor Stewardship Division, located at the Daniel J.

Patterson Campus. The salary range is $85,529 to $106,911 for a 35 hour work week. Additional hours may be required as necessary.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing various reports for leadership, including, annual reports, endowed funds, reports on giving
  • Defining and implementing stewardship programs for every level of donor
  • Planning and implementing a leadership level giving program
  • Engaging, cultivating, soliciting, and managing a portfolio of leadership donors and donor prospects
  • Designing individual donor engagement plans, scheduling meetings, and followups
  • Actively contributing to Moves Management and Clearance calls with leadership
  • Responsible for fundraising and managing a portfolio of donor and donor prospects at the leadership level ($10,000 to $25,000) annually
  • Achieving annual fundraising targets, set in consultation with leadership
  • Supervise workflow and deliverables of direct reports
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to team members

Qualifications:

  • Minimum four (4) year degree in a related field of study
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in fundraising and donor stewardship
  • Demonstrated leadership acumen to manage, coach and motivate staff
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations, demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Highly organized and flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks and relationships in a fastpaced professional environment
  • Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation and/or diploma/certificate in fundraising is considered an asset
