What you'll do:

  • The Home and Building Solutions (HABS) Division Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
  • To oversee the activities of individual Store Managers to ensure effective store operations. Achieve budgeted financial goals including sales, margins, expenses, employee productivity, inventory turns, and overall contribution. Track operations weekly, and take corrective measures as required to meet objectives.
  • To analyze existing and anticipated marketing conditions in the HABS division and make recommendations to be included in the retail marketing plan. Directs the implementation and execution of merchandise buying and retention of pricing plans.
  • To assist in developing and executing a Customer Experience Management (CEM) strategy along, including specific customer service standards to the Coop team and ensuring standards are consistently met.
  • To ensure proper management of fixed assets and adherence to a maintenance schedule while working with the Asset Protection and Safety Manager to adhere to loss prevention policies.

Who you are:

  • If you are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and have:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree, with a preference for Business
  • Valid Class 5 driver's License
  • Knowledge of commodity sales, gross margin, and inventory management
  • You are honest and trustworthy and have the proven ability to motivate and lead Team members
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
