Prairie Co-op is hiring a Permanent Full-Time Ag Sales/Procurement Manager at our Ag Site in Melville, SK.
**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:
- Responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.- Provides leadership, direction, and oversight to Agro Division operations, programs, and policies in Melville, Lipton, and Ituna to meet budgeted goals and objectives
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the Prairie Coop’s objectives and industry best practices
- Lead sourcing efforts to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and cost effectiveness criteria.
- Administer and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.
- Oversee the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure standards are achieved.
- Provide leadership to the Melville, Lipton, and Ituna Ag Sales Representatives, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training and development of team members.

- You have 10+ years of relevant experience, including 6-8 years of leadership experience.
