- Job Type: Full-Time| Permanent
- Coordinate with the power project engineering procurement and construction (EPC) partner, utility and offtake stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide staff and subcontractors.
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Lead the quality review process of power analytical and operational products developed by the EPC and other subcontractors.
- Interface regularly with the power engineering, development and financial team to align plans and workflows with development schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to ensure successful project development.
- Manage the permitting process, environmental assessments, and community engagement activities.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure projects adhere to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business, energy, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project development experience in the solar industry.
- Understanding of key quantitative business concepts, including both probabilistic thinking and financial metrics (NPV, IRR, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian solar and energy industry, specifically pricing, process for offtake, permitting and interconnection.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
