Job Summary:

The analyst is also responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in operational processes, as well as documenting and mapping these processes to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

They will also actively participate in optimizing and automate operational processes and company systems to improve cost control.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create reports and dashboards from different data sources to support strategic decisionmaking
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Establish monitoring systems to detect errors and anomalies in data and processes
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate data analysis results to internal and external stakeholders
  • Process Analysis Responsibilities
  • Document existing operational processes and map them to facilitate their understanding and optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems related to processes and data
  • Participate in the implementation of projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's processes

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the configuration of systems to improve operational processes
  • Train endusers on methods and tools for accessing data
  • Provide assistance to endusers to ensure effective use of implemented tools

Qualifications:

  • College or university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Fully Bilingual (French and English)
  • 23 years of pertinent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools, and process mapping
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in data and processes
  • Experience in process documentation and mapping to understand and optimize operational processes
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL to extract and manipulate data (an asset)
  • Experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer (an asset)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced and constantly evolving environment.
