We are on the hunt for a multi-faceted Client Care Coordinator who will support the development of a new clinic in
Mount Forest, ON.

This
full-time, permanent opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Act as a frontline point of contact for clients attending appointments or walkin visits to our clinic
  • Balancing schedules for clinicians and maintaining systems and physical files with accurate patient information and appointment specifics
  • Participating in some community events on behalf of HearCANADA to promote our services as Mount Forest & surrounding areas' number one choice for hearing care
  • Processing payments (cash, card, insurance), including some thirdparty billing
  • Ordering supplies
  • Assisting clinicians with hearing product sales
  • Helping with general hearing aid care/maintenance and sterilization of equipment within the clinic

What we are looking for:

  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalency; postsecondary education or courses in marketing, business, or healthcare would be an asset, though not required
  • Prior experience in customer service, administration, and retail/b2c sales
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required as some localized travel will be required
  • An energetic, selfdriven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketing
  • Experience in event planning, lead generation, business development a strong asset
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partners
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office
