We are seeking an Account Specialist who will represent the company on key customer accounts, provide first class customer support and assist with facilitating all related inside sales functions. You will work closely with Valmet's global network of experts to recommend the best solutions to customers with their Spare Parts and Consumable products inquiries. Responsibilities will include the preparation of quotations, order entries, technical assistance on our industry leading products and making sure that the required equipment is delivered in a timely manner.
Expectations
Mechanical Engineering Degree combined with relevant work experience in technical customer services or sales. Capacity to read and understand mechanical drawings is required. Pulp & Paper Industry experience and knowledge of papermaking process/papermaking products will be considered as a valuable asset.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. You must have a valid driver's license and availability to travel up to 10% of the time to customer sites in Canada.

Attentes
Diplôme en génie mécanique combiné à une expérience de travail pertinente dans le service à la clientèle technique ou la vente. La capacité de lire et de comprendre des dessins mécaniques est requise. L'expérience dans l'industrie des pâtes et papiers et la connaissance des procédés de fabrication du papier/des produits de fabrication du papier seront considérées comme un atout précieux.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais. Vous devez avoir un permis de conduire valide et être disponible pour voyager jusqu'à 10 % du temps vers les sites des clients au Canada.
