No short cuts when it comes to quality.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Will enjoy working outside during the summer months,
  • Is physically fit to be able to meet the demands of the job such as moving and using ladders,
  • Is detail oriented while being able to work at a consistent pace,
  • Is open to learning on the job,
  • Able to take constructive criticism,
  • Will show up to work everyday with a positive attitude and a great mindset.

Requirements:

  • Painting Experience (preferred but not required for the right individual)
  • Owns a vehicle and is able to commute to jobsites across Victoria, Langford, Sidney etc.
  • Physically fit enough to work on ladders, move ladders, work in the sun.
  • An open mind and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing surfaces for painting.
  • Masking and protecting surroundings before painting,
  • Painting surfaces with brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
  • Cleaning up after painting is complete.
  • Performing minor repairs and maintenance such as caulking, patching,
  • Inspecting and repairing surfaces before painting begins.
  • Using ladders, scaffolding, or other equipment to reach high places.
  • Providing exceptional client relations while on job sites.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- painting: 1 year (preferred)
