**About us**

Yeti Painting Ltd. is a local painting company in Victoria, BC. The majority of our work is on residential homes. We do commercial and strata painting work as well

Quality of work and customer relations are two very important factors in this company. We are looking for someone who is friendly, able to communicate with clients as we will be working on peoples homes, and who is also willing to learn and consistently produce quality work. No short cuts when it comes to quality. Must have a positive attitude

**We are looking for individuals who**:

- Will enjoy working outside during the summer months,
- Is physically fit to be able to meet the demands of the job such as moving and using ladders,
- Is detail oriented while being able to work at a consistent pace,
- Is open to learning on the job,
- Able to take constructive criticism,
- Will show up to work everyday with a positive attitude and a great mindset.

**Timeline**:
In the meantime until spring, we are still in need of another painter or two.

**Requirements**:

- Painting Experience (preferred but not required for the right individual)
- Owns a vehicle and is able to commute to jobsites across Victoria, Langford, Sidney etc.
- Physically fit enough to work on ladders, move ladders, work in the sun.
- An open mind and a positive attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing surfaces for painting.
- Masking and protecting surroundings before painting,
- Painting surfaces with brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
- Cleaning up after painting is complete.
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance such as caulking, patching,
- Inspecting and repairing surfaces before painting begins.
- Using ladders, scaffolding, or other equipment to reach high places.
- Providing exceptional client relations while on job sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
