**Responsibilities**
- Perform painting duties for residential and commercial painting projects
- Follow instruction from foreman and be open to further training, as needed
- Restore and refinish surfaces using appropriate materials
- Work at heights (such as on a ladder or boom lift)
- Perform the required physcial labour, including standing, kneeling, squatting, climbing, lifting heavy materials, and repretitive motions for entire shift
- Communicate effectively and politely with team members and clients
- Utilize power tools and equipment for painting tasks
- Follow all safety precautions (no exceptions)
- Execute painting projects with precision
- Set up painting equipment as needed
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Interpret and follow directions for accurate painting results
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus and composure

**Experience**
- One year of professional experience in residential and commercial painting
- Proficiency in restoring various surfaces
- Familiarity with painting brands/products and common terminology
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
- Familiarity with power tools used in painting tasks
- Excellent time management skills to meet project timelines
- Ability to understand instruction and communicate effectively

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
