What is this amazing management opportunity?

Orangetheory Fitness is currently looking for a strong, responsible, career-minded and reliable Studio Manager in Training to add to our team as we prepare to expand our network of Orangetheory Studios.


What will I be expected to do?

  • Regularly participate in Orangetheory Fitness classes (2/week) to continuously understand and experience the product, and maintain a healthy lifestyle that OTF represents
  • Achieve and maintain strategies to hit Daily & Monthly Targets
  • Promotes a competitive & inspired employee atmosphere
  • Contacting prospective members
- booking them into class
- hosting them at the studio
- educating them on what our product offers & how it can change their life

  • Continuous training & education through role play, management trainings, regular webinars

What skills do I need to bring to the position?

  • 3+ years of Sales experience in a highfunctioning environment
  • 2+ years of Management or Supervisor role
  • Experience with B2B Marketing
  • Functional computer skills required
  • MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use
  • Health & Fitness minded
  • High school diploma required

What hours will I be expected to work?

  • Typical

Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 10am-7:30pm

  • Weekend/Holiday availability as needed

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
