We are seeking an experienced Canada Marketing Lead to set the marketing vision and strategy for new customer acquisition in the region. This role is crucial in driving momentum in a new and developing market for EP.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to achieve regional targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and SDR teams to create a joint ABM program.
  • Design and execute high-standard campaigns, including events, webinars, digital advertising, content, and social media.
  • Partner with the centralised marketing team to optimise campaigns and improve performance.
  • Monitor campaign follow-up to maximise impact.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers in the Canadian market.
  • Create region-specific content and localise global content for campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with the EP brand.
  • Keep key stakeholders updated on marketing progress and effectiveness.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach to marketing activities.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget effectively.
  • Foster strong working relationships with the regional sales team to align marketing activities with regional objectives.
  • Prepare monthly reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, focusing on optimisations for greater impact.
  • Exemplify EP values in everyday work.

About you

  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and solid experience in enterprise marketing, particularly ABM strategies.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Confidence in working closely with sales teams and understanding the buyer and sales cycle.
  • Ability to manage budgets and report on marketing effectiveness.
  • Experience in collaborating with centralised marketing teams to drive campaign optimisations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a data-driven approach in marketing activities.
