Qualifications:
- Qualified permanent ESS/OSSTF Bargaining Unit employees

Reporting to the Principal, this position is responsible for supporting the activities of the administrative staff in duties related to the day-to-day operation of the school.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient office procedures
- Monitor school budgets and accounts, compile staffing and enrollment statistics, monthly enrollment reports
- Prepare, check and submit school data
- Secondary School Graduation Diploma is required
- Experience using the Aspen Student Information System and applying this knowledge to recordkeeping and maintaining data integrity, particularly within elementary achievement (report card process) and Incident Tracker (student suspensions) is required
- Experience and knowledge of K212 is an asset
- Excellent computer and word processing skills
- Experience in using Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel in a Windows computer environment is required
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the administrative team of the school
- Elementary Head Secretary school experience would be an asset
