    JOB OVERVIEW
  • Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a dynamic, strategic and resultsdriven professional to join our team in the role of Business Process Analyst.
  • As the Business Process Analyst, this person is responsible for providing recommendations to the divisions on business process integration and associated improvement programs. This person will also participate in the development and maintenance of business process integration programs.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in an environment where you will contribute to OPG's public outreach, engagement and education efforts as part of the company's commitment to growing its social license.
    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Provide recommendations to the division on business process integration and associated improvement programs.
  • Participate in the development and coordination of methods, processes and policies which govern how the business process integration and strategic and quality planning programs are conducted.
  • Prepare the Project Execution Plan (PEP) ensuring divisional requirements are met and carry the PEP through the approval process.
  • Participate in the development and promote business improvement plans, achieving active involvement of the line organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business improvement plans.
  • Keep abreast of latest developments and assessment methods in business process analysis and change management fields and maintain communications with appropriate teams, associations and advisory bodies.
  • Other Duties as Required

EDUCATION

  • 4 year University degree in Business Administration or related field

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a flexible hybrid office environment.
  • 4+ years experience in the areas of planning, organization and change management associated with business improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in business process improvement policies, principles, methods and procedures.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and written, is essential;
