About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to join our team at ECorals Business Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our technology strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technology Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive business value and innovation.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure their success.
    • Develop and implement effective team structures, processes, and policies to ensure efficient and effective technology delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
    • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective understanding and buy-in.
  • Risk Management and Compliance
    • Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to protect our business and reputation.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a technology leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business value through technology innovation.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong technical expertise in areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
Work Environment

As a member of our team, you will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and on-site work arrangements. You will be expected to work 30-44 hours per week, with flexible hours to accommodate your needs.
