Job Description:

AECOM Sault St Marie is seeking a Roadway Contract Administrator who will play a crucial role in project management and execution.


  • Support the Project Management team in handling RFI's and change orders.
  • Ensure projects stay within budget and meet specifications by monitoring costs and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate information flow using document control systems and project management tools.
  • Attend meetings, provide project updates, and supervise design changes and contractor activities.
  • Oversee and report on contractor and subcontractor progress on site.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of Contract Administrator experience on Municipal or Ministry of Transportation projects.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
  • OACETT Registration Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) certification.
  • Completion of Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with WBCMS.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing highway and structure construction contracts.
