We are now searching for a **Junior Paid Media Specialist** who wants to kick start their career and learn through practical experience about paid media strategy.

**YOUR MAIN JOB ASSIGNMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create and manage PPC marketing campaigns in Google AdWords, BingAds, Facebook Ads;
- Creation and maintenance of paid search, display, and paid social campaigns, with a focus on increasing ROI; (Youtube, Pinterest & Tiktok)
- Analyze PPC campaign results and adjust advertising tactics to improve/develop campaigns using market research and campaign data to evaluate testing and performance;
- Ownership of the campaign performance;
- Campaign reporting - producing reports, as well as communication of results and implementing proposed strategic direction;
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO**:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong understanding of Paid Search/SEM, Display Advertising;
- Strong understanding of Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Has a high interest in the new trends on Paid media, especially Google and Meta Ads
- Is perfectly bilingual in French and English
- Is well organized with great time management skills
- Is an excellent team player
- Has a pro-active and open-minded personality and displays initiative

Nous recherchons actuellement un **spécialiste junior des médias payants** qui souhaite lancer sa carrière et apprendre par le biais d'une expérience pratique la stratégie des médias payants.

**VOS RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES**
- Créer et gérer des campagnes de marketing PPC dans Google AdWords, BingAds, Facebook Ads ;
- Création et maintenance de campagnes de recherche, d'affichage et de réseaux sociaux payants, en mettant l'accent sur l'augmentation du retour sur investissement ; (Youtube, Pinterest et Tiktok)
- Analyser les résultats des campagnes PPC et ajuster les tactiques publicitaires pour améliorer/développer des campagnes en utilisant des études de marché et des données de campagne pour évaluer les tests et les performances ;
- Propriété des performances de la campagne ;
- Rapports de campagne - produire des rapports, ainsi que la communication des résultats et la mise en œuvre de l'orientation stratégique proposée ;
**NOUS CHERCHONS UNE PERSONNE QUI**:

- 1+ années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
- Excellente compréhension de la recherche payante/SEM, de la publicité display ;
- Excellente compréhension des réseaux sociaux payants (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) ;
- A un grand intérêt pour les nouvelles tendances sur les médias payants, en particulier Google et Meta Ads
- Est parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais
- Est bien organisé avec de grandes compétences en gestion du temps
- Est un excellent joueur d'équipe
