Your Challenge
We are currently seeking a Forklift Operator to join our local team in Bowmanville, Ontario.

Not only will you be given an opportunity to help bring local infrastructure projects to life; but you will also have a chance to collaborate with an amazing team.


Your Responsibilities
- coordination of materials and finished goods as they are completed on various assembly areas
- staging of loads for subsequent shifts,
- loading and unloading trailers and keeping the yards organized
- providing safe operation/maintenance cleaning of the vehicles and the safe storage storage of finished goods.
- loading floor panels onto flat deck and roll-off trailers.
- off-loading incoming material loads as needed.

The Skills & Knowledge You Bring

  • A valid forklift operator license
  • Minimum two years of experience as a forklift operator
  • Willing to work the night shift
  • Experience loading and unloading wide loads
  • Knowledge of and ability to use a variety hand and power tools to assemble either building materials or subcomponents products.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures while performing setup tasks.
  • Other: Appropriate clothing is required to accommodate varying temperatures. Hearing protection will be required. Eye protection is required for some tasks. Steel toed (safety toed) hard sole leather boots required at all times. Overtime work could be involved. Required to lift up to 55 pounds with the assistance of another worker.
