We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Farm Laborer to join our team at CN Produce Inc. as a Farm Worker, Vegetables. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop farming, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.

• Planting and Cultivating Crops: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, including vegetables and fruits, to ensure optimal growth and yield.
• Harvesting and Handling Crops: Harvest crops at the right time, grade them according to size, shape, color, and volume, and load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce.
• Equipment Operation: Operate farm equipment, such as farm trucks and forklifts, to transport crops and supplies.
• Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Physical Demands: Physically demanding role, requiring the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in all weather conditions.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: Will train, but previous experience in crop farming or a related field is an asset.
• Language: English language proficiency required.
• Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work required.
