We are looking for a Product Manager with experience with POS (Point of Sales) products who is passionate about building products that customers love.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Manages activities that drive product development and delivery with companywide impact; serves as dedicated owner of a large set of related products, typically strategically
- or thematically related, or of the entire platform(s)

  • Serves as an expert consultant on owned products, related products, and department; serves as an effective change agent with companywide impact
  • Crafts product portfolio vision; coordinates efforts of many crossfunctional teams of partners/suppliers
  • Executes solutions requiring extensive exploration/validation; makes independent decisions in highly ambiguous and complex areas
  • Collaborates with stakeholders companywide (e.g., Marketing, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Customer Experience) to understand / document business needs in an endtoend manner
  • Creates/maintains portfolio roadmaps to ensure alignment across all product roadmaps.
  • Works closely with business customers, Product Managers, Design & Engineering Partners to drive the entire technology project lifecycle (conception, user research, design and prototyping, development, pilot, launch, measurement, iteration)
  • Manages/leads POS Product Owners to demonstrate high velocity, efficiency, and morale; holds team accountable to metrics/project outcomes
  • Flexes existing processes to maximize outcomes; identifies critical risks and dependencies; anticipates / resolves critical team issues
  • Constructs methods/metrics to identify product team successes and failures
  • Leads as Coach; focuses strongly on growing product management practices and skills
  • Regularly influences teams, departments, and the executive team
  • Assess market competition, emerging technologies, and industry trends to drive future innovation and provide pointofsale solutions that maximize customer satisfaction in the continuum of the care industry

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Product Manager POS or similar role
  • Experience delivering digital solutions to a variety of hardware devices (e.g. Tablets, Mobile, POS (Point of Sales) screens, payment terminals)
  • Familiarity with Agile environment/methodologies
  • Handson experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
  • Team spirit and good communications abilities
  • Good organizational skills
  • Willing to work some evenings or early mornings to accommodate time zone differences among the team

Bonus Skills:

Understanding of the needs of LTC, Acute, or Healthcare industry is a plus
