Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute compelling creative briefs that drive authentic engagement from our customer segments.
  • Responsible for developing and presenting Biweekly and Monthly reporting to key stakeholders in the company. Bringing forth information to help make decisions.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Digital and Merchandising teams to build segments and understand customer behavior/customer lifecycle.
  • Develop strategies to drive revenue, improve open rates and click through rates by testing and implementing dynamic personalized content.
  • Liaise strategically with Performance Marketing teams to drive audience and segmentation insights across the business.
  • Provide retention analysis & insights companywide and assist with growth forecasts.
  • Partner with Brand Teams to convey Jewlr, Lee Fiori and ONE+ONLY's identity and meet company performance objectives.

Required Expertise:

  • University degree or college diploma in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team
  • Have extensive knowledge of segmented communication strategies, lifecycle marketing and analytics
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing principles
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and working with large data sets
  • Proven team player who is both flexible and highly adaptable
