WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Build digital assets for multiple brands and assist in creating innovative journey tracks that reach our audience with personalized messages built around their needs.
  • Support ongoing Marketing Automation operations, which includes configuration, QA testing, automation implementation and postcampaign reporting.
  • Continually improve the Marketing Automation platform and your knowledge by staying abreast with the latest platform technology enhancements, changes, and community updates to support the wider marketing teams with journey development, creation, and automated marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 3+ years working with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
years in the financial services industry is a definite asset

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with Marketing Cloud cloudpages, data extensions, SQL queries and AMPScript
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive, encouraging attitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with an ability to think creatively and with attention to detail
  • Working understanding of Agile, Scrum, and JIRA
