Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Vice Presidents and their immediate team including monitoring and responding to incoming communications, managing daily schedule, and coordinating the scheduling and execution of meetings.
  • Prepare communications for internal meetings and all hands/town hall meetings and issue departmental correspondence. Includes preparing and editing presentations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage, emails, calls and correspondence on behalf of the VP as required.
  • Arrange travel when required and track and report on expenses.
  • Collect departmental reports for review by the VP.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Post-secondary certificate or diploma in business administration or relevant field
  • Experience: 5-8 years of related experience required.
  • Well-developed skills using Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software and programs quickly.
  • Experience in travel/event organization is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a displayed sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a high-performing team in an executive office setting.
