Job Description:

The Crew sceduling Coordinator's main responsibility is to ensure that all Air Transat flights are adequately staffed. As a specialist in Canadian regulations, he/she ensures that all schedule changes respect collective agreement requirements. He/she will ensure positioning changes for all irregular operations.

  • Operation daily management
  • Daytoday management of operations, linked to flight crews.
  • Reservations of hotels and transportation for flight crew members;
  • Manage daily changes (after receiving FSN messages, alter the crew schedules) ;
  • Daily followup of manpower versus operations.

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or relevant experience;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Bilingualism (French and English);
  • Good interpersonal skills, dynamism and leadership;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Knowledge of various software, including MS Office;
  • Knowledge of AIMS, RADIXX, ACES and Sabre software, an asset.
