DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting to the VP, Development and working closely with the Development Team, the
Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accounts Payable and Receivable departments in the compilation, assembling, processing, reviewing, and issuing resolutions for the departments accounting.
  • Input and maintain Project Jobs in Yardi including budget entries and revisions.
  • Assist with monthly budget reporting, including preparing and ensuring accuracy of all reports.
  • Organize, monitor and maintain department databases (digital and paper).
  • Organize, and maintain filing of correspondence and documentation.
  • Assist in preparation of legal agreements, notices, and memos.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely responses related to Development Management requests and requirements.
  • Assist with daily administrative duties and tasks, including scheduling meetings, arranging couriers, ordering office inventory, events coordination, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Maintain and circulate documents as required to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain calendar of deliverables and important dates for Development Management team.
  • Organize, update and monitor internal projectspecific schedules.
  • Assist the Development Management team with projectspecific duties as required.
  • Preparation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree, preferably with a specialization in Accounting Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Office Administration, Project Administration and/or an Accounting environment.
  • Prior experience in Project Administration or Accounting is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability prioritizing tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
