Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a project team of varying sizes, establishing the project vision and ensuring clear communication of objectives and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with initiative stakeholders to maintain project health, manage risks, and oversee administrative tasks.
- Effectively allocate project resources, manage budgets, and provide financial forecasts while presenting variances to stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project and workstream plans, ensuring alignment with organizational frameworks and objectives.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing solutions as necessary.
- Consolidate and communicate project information to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Team Dynamics:
The Cyber Resiliency team works collaboratively across various departments and external partners to drive initiatives that modernize our resilience tools, enhance infrastructure robustness, and improve testing protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing IT Resiliency or Business Continuity projects.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile practices.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a project management role, with a track record of handling multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience engaging with executives and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
