Cybersecurity Project Management Specialist

Position Overview:
The Senior Project Manager for Cyber Resiliency will be responsible for overseeing and executing the Cyber Resiliency initiative, which aims to enhance the organization's capability to recover from cyber threats. This role is crucial in ensuring that the organization maintains a robust defense against potential cyber incidents.

Team Dynamics:
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Service Delivery & IT Resiliency and will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the Cyber Resiliency program aligns with corporate strategies and objectives. The role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in managing intricate projects, particularly in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a project team, establishing a clear vision and communicating necessary outcomes while guiding team actions on project tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the Initiative Owner to maintain project health, manage risks, and oversee administrative tasks.
- Oversee the allocation of project resources, manage costs, and provide forecasts to ensure effective resource utilization.
- Develop comprehensive project and workstream plans, ensuring all activities are organized and resourced to meet project goals.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing solutions as needed.
- Consolidate and communicate project information to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing IT Resiliency or Business Continuity projects.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Familiarity with the Agile Framework.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a project management office or similar environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and applications.
Additional Assets:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Experience with project scheduling tools such as Planview and Azure ADO.
