a day in the life:
what you'll do

As a NA Event Experience Lead, you will:

  • Lead or support assigned Event Experiences to create meaningful brand moments
  • Lead cross functional teams and working groups with strong event planning and project management skills
  • Develop all relevant event planning and operational documentation (e.g., workback schedules, run of show, venue, and space floor plans, etc.)
  • Create operational guest communications plans and enroll internal partners to support guests
  • Source and manage external suppliers, partners, and vendors
  • Manage designated portion of the budget
  • Support in the development of training plans for the extended event team including event staff, volunteers, contractors, vendors and suppliers as required
qualifications

  • 2+ years event experience
  • Large scale event experience (1,000+ guests)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working on large cross functional projects
  • Great communication skills
  • Retail experience is valuable
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
