Key accountabilities:
Plan and coordinate the establishment of field modification files, warranty support, APM commissioning and any other relevant documentation Staffing and liaising with procurement to ensure timely supplies of associated tools and materials, interfacing with the production site and the PI team Verify field modification files including test procedure (complete, availability, validation) Coordinate and ensure timely deployment (and optimization of train downtime) of all modifications in collaboration with the Project management, PI and the customer Ensure quality, cost and delays of the field modifications through a selection of appropriate competencies (e.g. special processes) Communicate to all parties' progress and configurations during the field modification deployment Support PrPIM in all field modification, warranty, and commissioning related matters Implement and enforce EHS requirements on PI customer site with the support of EHS team representatives Ensure PI processes are respected Ensure the implementation of appropriate action plans if any deviation or non-conformity in the perimeter of FM implementation Supervise Supplier modification implementation if necessary
Performance measurements:
Respect of QCD for field modification deployment Availability of Rolling Stock Customer acceptance and quality level of final field modification and APM commissioning Respect for EHS rules and work-related processes
Qualifications:
Education:
Mandatory: Certified Technician or Undergraduate in a technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronic) Minimum IT knowledge § Internal EHS training Desirable: § Graduate in a technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronic)Experience:
Several years of customer depot environment Field Experience EHS knowledge and exposure Product knowledge Capacity to analyze supply contracts Team management (if applicable)
