Sous la responsabilité de la Direction des ventes, Groupes, le(la) délégué(e) commercial(e), Marché corporatif aura pour objectif principal d’avoir du PLAISIR à bâtir des relations d'affaires avec PASSION tout en surpassant les attentes de sa distinguée clientèle

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Promouvoir et vendre les produits et les services de l’hôtel par le biais d’activités ciblées (blitz de vente, visites de l’hôtel, représentant dans les salons commerciaux, etc.).
  • Maintenir les relations d’affaires avec la clientèle existante.
  • Effectuer des suivis téléphoniques auprès des contacts responsables des groupes.
  • Négocier les tarifs (hébergement, congrès) avec la clientèle.
  • Prospecter et visiter les clients de l’entreprise en assurant une représentation des ventes auprès de la clientèle.
  • Repérer les marchés de clients potentiels à partir des stratégies et des cibles prédéterminées.
  • Organiser des rencontres de sollicitation.
  • Préparer les propositions et les contrats de vente.
  • Assurer le suivi auprès des clients et résoudre les problèmes liés à la consommation du produit ou service de l’établissement.
  • Tenir à jour les dossiers des clients ;
  • Surpasser les attentes en assurant une expérience personnalisée, exceptionnelle et mémorable, avant, pendant et après le séjour des clients ;

  • DEC en Gestion hôtelière ou équivalent.
  • Un minimum de 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine des ventes, notamment dans le marché hôtelier.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais).
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la vente, le marketing et la négociation.
  • Avoir un intérêt marqué pour le service à la clientèle.
  • Posséder d’excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles.
  • Démontrer des attitudes professionnelles (Intégrité, aptitudes pour le travail d’équipe, autonomie, polyvalence, sens de l’initiative et de l’organisation.).
  • Excellente connaissance de l’industrie touristique, de même que des produits et services de l’établissement.
  • Excellentes habiletés pour la communication verbale et écrite.
  • Faire preuve de leadership.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de base (Suite Office .).
  • Connaissance su système CI/TY un atout
  • Avoir un permis de conduire pour les déplacements.
