About the Organization: LLRIBHS promotes Dental Health services and Dental Health education to all community members of LLRIB. We work closely with the schools and other health organizations. Together with others, we work to build capacity and educate as we both address acute needs and the determinants of health.
About the position: Working within the Lac La Ronge Indian Band Schools you will prepare and assist the Dental Therapist / Dentist during dental procedures, provide fluoride treatments, instruction on oral hygiene, (brush & floss), book and confirm appointments, document client records, provide infection control/sterilization and maintain a positive public relation with clients and other general office duties as required.

Qualifications: Suitable candidates must be Certified in Dental Assisting and registered (or eligible for registration) with Saskatchewan Dental Assistants' Association; Strong organizational skills & able to multi-task; Ability to work independently as well as a team member; Intermediate computer skills & experience with Microsoft Office; Excellent verbal, written communication & Public relations skills. Must possess a valid class 5 driver's license & able to travel when required; Experience working with First Nations communities is an asset.
