Designer II, Integrated Brand

POSITION PROFILE

The Designer II, Integrated Brand will be responsible for the designs and concepts of Brand Marketing and Internal Communication designs. You'll create strategic visual solutions that convince internal employees, clients, prospects, talent, and the marketplace to engage with our brand. Your ideas might live across a combination of digital comms, website, social, print collateral, promotions, live events, infographics, and video.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts and storylines across all mediums

  • Ability to work within a clearly defined Brand tone and look

  • Work independently to keep project timelines on track and showing progress to Director Brand Management and Visual Design and able to take feedback constructively

  • Work closely with Director of Brand Management and Visual Design and senior leadership, and internal stakeholders on all projects

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • A detailed-oriented problem solver

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Solid organizational and time management skills

  • Collaborate with Director of Brand Management and Visual Design, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Video Producers, Project Managers, and cross-functional Stakeholders to create concepts across all disciplines

  • Clearly articulate strategic thinking and design decisions to a variety of partners

  • Meet multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and keep projects moving forward

  • Visualizing video ideas using storyboards

  • Creating on-screen titles and working with animators and /or illustrators on motion graphics.

  • Maintaining internal and external brand standards.

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications)

Typically Requires: BFA/BA in Graphic Design, Advertising or Visual Communications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Art Director at an advertising agency or design firm

  • A link to an online portfolio showcasing your work to be considered for this role (include link on your resume)

  • Experience in B2B, Technology or SaaS is a plus

  • Portfolio exhibits conceptual experience, interactive experience, technical skills, craftsmanship and sophisticated design ability.

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Additional skills in HTML, Figma, After Effects, etc. are a plus

KNOWLEDGE, Skills And Abilities

  • Sophisticated and elevated design abilities (across all mediums)

  • Keen awareness of trends in design, art, fashion, photography, technology, and music

  • Ability to art direct and style photography

· Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

· Demonstrable experience in the tools of the trade: Adobe Suite and Figma,

a working knowledge of Asana is a plus

· Ability to understand and demonstrate the fundamental principles of graphic design for brand, layout, graphic production (print and digital), typography, and photo-retouching

· Goal-oriented

· Creative and innovative

· Detail-oriented, well organized and self-starter

· Proficient with PowerPoint presentation slide development

Working Conditions, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· Minimal physical effort is required. May require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.)

· Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise levels

· Remote, work-from-home options may be available to certain candidates

· Work assignments are highly diversified

· Frequent deadlines may impose strain on routine basis
