We're currently looking for a Customer and Technical Support Representative for our client in Saint John. As a Customer and Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing a superior Customer experience while reducing Customer downtime by providing Remote Hardware, Software and Network Technical support solutions to Internal and External Customers & Partners

Responsibilities
As a Customer and Technical Support Representative, you duties will be:
â¢Providing a superior Customer experience while reducing Customer downtime by providing Remote Hardware, Software and Network Technical support solutions to Internal and External Customers & Partners.
â¢Solving Customer Hardware, Software and Networking problems at first contact using Company Systems
â¢Communicating proactively the benefits of diagnosing and resolving issues
â¢Resolving incoming Customer escalations through effective negotiation and escalate urgent issues to appropriate team as necessary
â¢Contributing to knowledge systems to enhance solutions provided to customers
â¢Can Execute processes unique to Company Major Account Customers to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
â¢Providing feedback on Policies and Procedures to continuously improve Customer experience
â¢Maintaining product & software knowledge
â¢Providing great experiences and resolving technical issues by making good business decisions on each interaction
â¢Representing company to Customers & Partners in a Friendly, Professional and Ethical manner

Qualifications
â¢Provide an Excellent Customer Experience using sound listening skills, empathy & urgency; when necessary, effectively diffuse and recover service concerns with the Customer
â¢Solid Problem-Solving Skills - experience with troubleshooting technology issues such as Xbox, PlayStation, mobile devices, software, computers, printers, etc. is an asset
â¢Friendly & Able to communicate effectively â listening, written & verbal
â¢Ability to deliver results independently and as a part of a team
â¢Critical thinking and decision making
â¢Ability to multitask effectively with attention to detail
â¢Prior âsupport centerâ experience not required
â¢High level of achievement and self-motivation

Nice to have:
â¢Post-Secondary Education is an asset
â¢Technical support experience is an asset
