About the Role

The Executive Secretary provides confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Associate Vice-President, Learning and Teaching (AVPLT) by responding to a wide range of general and confidential inquiries; writing and preparing correspondence and communication materials; liaising with internal and external contacts; and initiating follow-up actions and research. The Executive Secretary manages and maintains appointment calendars, schedules meetings, manages travel arrangements, coordinates events, and assists with special projects.

Qualifications

Diploma in Business or Administrative Management and four years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
