Job Summary
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by building strong relationships, providing support, and driving value through our products or services.

Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to review product/service performance and gather feedback
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage accounts effectively
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and onboarding sessions as needed
- Assist in upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers

Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, customer service, or account management
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively market products/services and communicate with clients
- Strong ability to analyze data and derive insights to enhance customer relationships
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
